Self-Empowerment Programs
To be empowered to transform your life, sign up for private hourly sessions or the 8-week program. You can book a session for yourself or participate in group sessions with friends, family, neighbors, etc. Our interactive programs consist of discussions, engaging imagery, and self-reflective exercises. Please note these are wellness workshops. If you have clinically diagnosed mental health challenges and are looking for guidance in ways these programs don't cover, please contact an appropriate professional best suited for your needs.
Programs are also available to organizations interested in offering sessions for their employees, clients, or communities they serve.
Dissolve Your Anchor
This 8-week program is in relation to Luv Mrk owner’s book Dissolving the Anchor.
• Be aware of how to resolve past trauma so it cannot control your current life • Acknowledge what you can do to alleviate emotional pain • Gain strategies to combat suicidal ideation to help you end your pain, not your life • Realize the self-care methods that work for you that offer temporary relief and provide long term overall wellness • Be mindful of the development of your perceptions of self, others, and life so those views/beliefs can no longer influence your subconscious behaviors and unconscious actions • Know what messages taught you to devalue yourself so you may un-accept damaging lessons as truth • Replace self-defeating and devaluing thoughts with productive logic to stop self-sabotaging behavior and build healthy habits that produce preferred outcomes • Replace self-critical and limiting thoughts with a positive, healthy, constructive, and empowering mindset to change your story and live your truth before the world molded you • Acknowledge your choices that create unfavorable or favorable outcomes and experiences •Know your ability to stop reacting to life and start making choices where you’re causing the effect you want • Be aware of how to not allow the judgment and mistreatment of others to influence your self-esteem, identity, and inner peace • Know what triggers your emotions so you may rationally and willfully react to circumstances • Acknowledge what you have within you to manage and/or overcome adversities • Increase your ability to maintain knowing your worth and take control of your life • Stop dreaming and live in a reality where you turn I wish to I will, I did, I am • Identify what elements are holding you back so you may liberate yourself from impediments to your happiness and purposely live a life you choose by your standards
