Return and Exchange Policy for apparel and daily use items: We truly hope you Luv your purchase. If your item is damaged or defective or you may return your merchandise within ten days of your order date. Items returned must be in new, unused, unwashed, and unworn condition in the original packaging with invoice for a replacement. Please make note on invoice as to if this is an exchange or a return. If it is an exchange please indicate what color, size and style you would like. If you want an item that costs more than original purchase we will make arrangements to collect payment with you.
You may send the goods back to us to our address below. Any product(s) that have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return or exchange. We will do our best to process your return, exchange and refund within 7 business days after receipt of the package. Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If we don't have an item that you've ordered in stock, we will notify you by email. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charges. Refund Policy for retreats: For Registration Only cancellations received 15 days prior the retreat will receive 100% refund. No refunds are offered for cancellations made after this date. For Registration and Lodging cancellations received 32 days prior the retreat will receive 100% refund. Cancellation refunds may vary due to venue's rules and regulations and will be noted on registration form if different rules apply.
Cancellation Policy for speaking engagements: If you need to cancel speaking agreement for any reason, please do so 30 days prior the event if not earlier. If event is cancelled after the agreed upon cancellation date a cancellation fee will apply. Fees vary depending on agreement and will be noted on agreement.
