These interactive workshops challenge the messages shaping how people value themselves and others. Through imagery, self-reflective exercises, and thoughtful group discussion, participants explore the roots of their beliefs—from personal experiences to media influence—and identify which disparaging narratives no longer align with how they choose to see, value, and engage with themselves and others.

Program content incorporates humanizing perspectives that promote genuine belonging and respect across the many dimensions of identity, including race, ethnicity, sex, gender identity and expression, creed, religion, political affiliation, socioeconomic background, sexuality, ability, age, and appearance.
