These interactive workshops challenge the messages shaping how people value themselves and others. Through imagery, self-reflective exercises, and thoughtful group discussion, participants explore the roots of their beliefs—from personal experiences to media influence—and identify which disparaging narratives no longer align with how they choose to see, value, and engage with themselves and others.
