Be aware of the derogatory views and specific behaviors that lead to and/or exhibit harassment and discrimination in order to prevent and minimize offenses.

We offer 90-minute workshops, but our programs range from weekly consultations and training to a year-long program.

  • Heightened awareness of the sources that developed how we view ourselves and others; identifying how, where, and when we learned disparaging views of self and others permits us to know what messaging to un-accept as truth so we may see the human dignity in one another and the value in ourselves

  • Enhanced ability to recognize and critically reflect upon one’s own cultural biases and inherited generalized assumptions in order to recognize how these beliefs influence the way we avoid, exclude, and interact with others; strengthening this ability to be respectful and inclusive creates a positive work environment employees are happy to stay working in, this helps in reducing high turnovers and saves your organization time and money spent on recruiting and onboarding  

  • Heightened ability to better spot microaggressions, harassment, and discrimination to reduce perpetuating offenses; reducing, preventing, and properly addressing harassment and discrimination protects you from potential lawsuits

  • Communication skills amended to listen with less judgment and consider diverse perspectives to support civil discourse to support productive collaboration within your organizations and partnering organizations
